Monitoring

When an alarm is triggered our monitoring station receives this notice immediately and will carry out a series of steps pre-set by the customer. Most commonly it will call and confirm the occurrence with the owner and if no response or a distress word is said the police will be dispatched.

Global satellite monitoring uses a cellular network instead of a phone line to communicate with the monitoring station. This is a more secure communication method and also allows for interactive features such as

• Remote arm & disarm
• Text message notifications of arming and disarming with individual user codes
• Real time zone definitions
• Push notifications (in app)
